The treaty of Cooperation was founded 2022-04-15-
TOC is a war rule agreement between micronations, it has the following rules for the nations involved in TOC:
-you cannot harm civilians. -if a soldier surrenders, kill at last resort. -all POWs must be treated with respect. -no chemical warfare. -No guerilla warfare. -absolutely no cluster bombs- -Do not ride sheep backwards with a red balloon sword backwards while singing sweet home alabama.
Most of the rules are the same as the geneva convention-
