Travaktonia (Estonian:Travaktoonia) is the capital of the Estonian Travaman Republic.
History
Choosing a capital
Estonian Travaman Republic (Back then Estonian Socialist Republic) was founded on the 12th of august, 2020. When founded, the nation didn't have a official capital. Up around until 2022 the nation didn't even have a capital. Then, the back then first Secretary had chosen a place where to found it, and then a small area around 1ha became Travaktonia.
Development
Travaktonia went thru a lot of problems, like housing or military installations. Prior to the founding of the capital, the ESR Armed Forces had formed the 1st infantry brigade. This was and still to this day is the biggest armed forces group. So with the creation of the brigade, also the construction of military installations began.
Threats
The Republic of Kali has threatend to come to the capital a couple of times, which were mostly false accusations made up by them. When they were done, the ESR military was on-hold in-case they would have actually come. To this day, their actual intention is still unknown.
Economy
Businesses
There are a few businesses, but the most brang out is the Communal Services, helping keeping the snow away and everything mowed.
Agriculture
Agriculture is the biggest economical sector of Travaktonia, also being the biggest whole republic wide. The agriculture in/near Travaktonia is more developed than any other than it's neighbouring Micronations. The capital has exports to outer sources in Estonia, which are not big but big enough to export a bit.
This is the main primary source of income for the nation aswell, being highly supported by the capital and praised for its work in keeping the capital clean also.
Forestry
Forestry is the second biggest sector. Forestry was founded back in 2023 spring. Main tasks are like making firewood, gathering firewood etc. This is a bit more unliked by some people, as it isnt even a reliable source of income for the nation and earns limited income.
Culture
The military parades are hosted in the capital's main square.
