Timothy, formerly Zakiŗne is the largest city of the People's republic of West Latgale. It is iconic for the Saeima building and the large farmlands. The City hosts the Saeima, Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of Culture.
History
Timothy was originally a simple field. When people arrived in 1952, mainly Poles and Latgalians, they built several buildings here, however the main square alongside the tallest buildings and Saeima was built later. When Personia was created in 2018, it claimed and gained those lands, but by that time, there were only around 20 people living there, which now has increased. During the Alberian independence war, a building was set on fire, and smoke was seen all the way from Tuorija. The locals managed to put it out quite quickly, and not large damage was done. Currently, it serves as the capital of West Latgale.
