The Black Banner is a traditionalist monarchist political party within the Sobieski Warrior-Khanate, founded in 2023 by a Konstantin Sobieski and has a vision of a strong, traditionalist monarchy. The party is named after the black portion of the Sobieski Warrior-Khanate flag, as well as the Party's own flag.
The Black Banner is known for its strong advocacy of traditional values and cultural conservatism. The party believes in the primacy of the monarchy as the cornerstone of society, and sees the restoration of the traditional nobility as crucial to the stability and prosperity of the Sobieski Warrior-Khanate.
The party's ideology is heavily influenced by the teachings of traditionalist thinkers such as Julius Evola and Carl Schmitt. The Black Banner rejects liberal democracy and believes in the concept of the "organic state", in which the government and society are seen as a single, living organism. The Black Banner has been highly critical of what it sees as the corrupt and decadent aspects of modern society, such as materialism, consumerism, and secularism. The party has called for a return to traditional morality and values, including faith, family, and community. The Black Banner is highly supportive of Czar-Khan Konstantin Sobieski's military and economic policies.
