Jayden Lycon is a founder and the 2nd Chair of the Cupertino Alliance, serving from 15 February 2020 until resigning on 15 February 2021. Previously, he also served in the first iteration of the alliance from 10 March 2019 to its dissolution on 1 June 2019. During his term, the alliance grew to what it is today, with various reforms within decorum and Parliament including a new charter, enforcement of the regional session system, and the publication of various session manuals for hosts. His government also spearheaded many projects including the CESE video electorial graphics, Cupertino Alliance Factbook, and the Cupertino Guide.

He currently serves as the Member of Parliament for the Empire of Qlanfa's second constituency, formerly serving as the Member of Parliament for Aenderia until 2021. Outside of the alliance, he served as the President of the Second Aenderian Republic from 23 October 2018 to 1 January 2019, and the President for the Fifth Republic from 19 February 2019 to 2 March 2020.

Isaiah Burdette is the Member of Parliament for the Kingdom of Burdette, also serving as the King and founder of the nation. He is also the second Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Atiera. He was previously the Member of Parliament for Florania, Humberlea, and Atiera.

He is credited for the production of the MicroWiki: For Dummies series, a playlist of videos that helps new users to learn the basics and most commonly used features of MicroWiki. These videos are featured around the guide.
