Template:Aethodian reference

This reference format was designed to be easily computer-parseable (by placing '#' before data indicators) and more comfortably human-readable than traditional citation formats (by ordering elements per linguistic intuition, emboldening data indicators and making them naturalistic), while remaining compact.
The markup codenames for each element are what you'd expect, ie "by" for "#by" and "from" for "#from". "title" and "url" are the only two that aren't indicated by tags.
Dates should conform to ISO 8601.
