Tamcoop Democracy Agreement

The Tamcoop Democracy Agreement is an agreement between the Republic of Tamcoop and the Democratic Republic of Seybold.

Purpose

The purpose of the Tamcoop Democracy Agreement is to make the Republic of Tamcoop a more democratic micronation and to make the Democratic Republic of Seybold stop harassing the Republic of Tamcoop.

TAMCOOP DEMOCRACY AGREEMENT

Preamble

This agreement, once signed by the President of the Republic of Tamcoop and the President Democratic Republic of Seybold, referred to as “signators”, will institute a Democratic Reform in the Republic of Tamcoop and the eliminating of harassment against the Republic of Tamcoop from the Democratic Republic of Seybold.

Article One

I. The Republic of Tamcoop will, through a series of meetings and supervision from the Democratic Republic of Seybold, create a Constitution with every needed amendment. The Constitution will be based off of the Seyboldic Constitution, but amendments that the Signator does not agree with may be removed.

Article Two

II. The Republic of Tamcoop will not recognize “stuffed animals” as living things nor citizens of their micronation. They will not receive the same rights as a human being would in any way or form.

Article Three

III. The Republic of Tamcoop will have Presidential Elections, Senate Elections, after the Senate is founded through the Constitution being enacted, and House of Representative Elections, after the House of Representatives is Established through the Constitution Enactment.

Article Four

IV. The Republic of Tamcoop will create a series of laws that are necessary by the signators and members of the Senate and House of Representatives.

Article Five

V. The Republic of Tamcoop will re-organize their provincial system to match population demands. The minimum is 2 provinces and the maximum is 6 provinces.

Article Six

VI. The Republic of Tamcoop will not have any press controlled or sponsored by the government in any way or form.

Article Seven

VII. The Republic of Tamcoop will create several departments that are deemed needed by the Senate, House of Representatives, and the President of the Republic of Tamcoop.

Article Eight

VIII. The Democratic Republic of Seybold will reverse its’ prior order of condemning of the Republic of Tamcoop as soon as it is possible under the Seybold Department of Foreign Relations.

Article Nine

IX. The Democratic Republic of Seybold will eliminate harassment of the Republic of Tamcoop immediately.
