It came to my attention that your micronation adopt our national symbols, even with a third lion this is nothing more than shameful plagiarism! Our national symbols are protected by an octrooi (Belgian form of a patent) and any form of copy or adaption in any way without our is permission is forbidden. Also, see our Constitution on our website on chapter 7 (National symbols) and chapter 11 (Copyright and intellectual protection). In the present form, your national symbols will confuse other micronations and you benefit from our reputation that we build the past 8 years! One of the basic rules of micronationalism is not to steal or copy from others, being creative is the important fun parts of creating your own nation.

I demand that you change your national symbols in a manner that doesn’t refer to the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis. In the meanwhile I have informed several micronational communities to ignore the Principality of Norseland. Because of the plagiarism is asked the admins to nominate your article for deletion.
