Clean-up

Hi there, its FirstPOTAU.

To the person who created or changed this page. I have done a cleanup of the table. Firstly you had 'Population' and 'Members'. I am a bit confused as to what you mean by members and so removed the list and made it just to be population.

Also I have cleaned up a few other things and fixed some of the grammatical errors with the page.

I have started to list out the population and density for the countries that were already existing on the page.

To any admins who see this message. I will continue to fix these error and just wished to inform the user who made the errors of what needed to be done to correct it. If there is anything I missed or have said that is incorrect please do not hesitate to correct me.
