The Technological Cooperation Union (TCU) is an Intermicronational organization designated for the development of micronational technology and education. It has various wings, Space Research and Exploration, Health and Biomedical Studies, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and Education. As well as two organs, the General Council which consists of the Secretary General and his cabinet, as well as the Combined Council, which is the cabinet and the delegates from each nation. It is currently in a de-facto state of dormancy.
The IMTDO was founded on July 20th 2023 by Sean Villevoiche but the idea was thought of much earlier. The IMTDO currently has 3 member states.
Name
The official name of the union is the Technological Cooperation Union, sometimes referred to as the Micronational Technological Union when in comparison to macronational organizations of similar type. The official acronym is TCU and appears on the wordmark.
Structure
The organization is structured into two chambers, the General Council consisting of the Secretary General and his cabinet, and the Chamber of Delegates, consisting of the Secretary General and the representatives of each country. The cabinet consists of the Departments of Membership, Education, Software, Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks, Space Research and Exploration and Engineering.
Projects
The TCUplans to develop unified and conventional practices within micronational technology and education. The projects include educational charters and a unified space exploration program for micronations.
