The First leader user:Conner is part Swedish. When he founded the land the Swedish stayed with name. For the Cascadia is the region the land is stayed.

Politics and government
Ëxëcütïvë
The Ëxëcütïvë is the leader of the country. They can veto laws suggested through the Cöüncïl. They can add laws, but they have to go through the upper house or lower house depending on if it's limited to cities or not. They can add a Ëxëcütïvë Ässïstänt, or remove one if its approved by the Cöüncïl. They also split ties for the Cöüncïl.
Ëxëcütïvë Ässïstänt
The Ëxëcütïvë Ässïstänt is the assistant of the Ëxëcütïvë. They can veto laws suggested through the Cöüncïl. They can add laws, but they have to go through the upper house or lower house depending if it's limited to cities or not.
Rëgïönäl Cöüncïlörs
Rëgïönäl Cöüncïlörs are part of the Upper house in the Legislature. They are elected by their region citizens. They can add laws, but they have to go through the upper house. They can impeach an Ëxëcütïvë Team or a Jüdgë.
Löcäl Cöüncïlörs
Löcäl Cöüncïlörs are part of the Lower house in the Legislature. They are elected by their local town. They can contribute 1/(The number of per Löcäl Cöüncïlörs) for Rëgïönäl Cöüncïlörs votings. They can impeach a Rëgïönäl Cöüncïlörs, but must be your region's Cöüncïlör. They also vote on laws limited to cites. They can also add laws, but they have to go through the upper house or lower house depending if it's limited to cities or not.
Jüdgë
The Judges are part of the Judicial Branch. They together(3) decide cases, from low level cases to the highest ones. They are choosen by the Ëxëcütïvë, and voted by the Rëgïönäl Cöüncïlörs. Jüdgës term lasts until they resign.
Elections
Every Month there is a Ëxëcütïvë Election. A Executive will be voted for, the person with the most votes will become the Ëxëcütïvë and get to choose their Ëxëcütïvë Ässïstänt. Cöüncïl follows the same system. Every month there's an Election. There is no limit on how many times you can get re-elected. You can fill multiple positions but you can't serve more than two regions or cities. Jüdgës can't fill multiple positions.
