The State of Pendrumyr, commonly Pendrumyr was the 5th State of Shahawkia and was founded on July 8th, 2023 by Stephen I. Pendrumyr held the upper part of the International river, Shi'a. This river traveled from South Pendrumyr, into North Lowenand, through West Lowenand down to Central Tantoro and out back into the United States. Pendrumyr was a state before it's absorption into the State of Lowenand by a Shahawkian Executive Decree.
