The Solraak Armed Forces, (SAF) represent the collective military might of the Empire of Solraak, dedicated to safeguarding the nation's sovereignty and protecting its interests both domestically and internationally. Formed under the auspices of the imperial government, the SAF plays a pivotal role in maintaining peace, security, and stability across Solraak's territories.
History
The origins of the Solraak Military date back to the unification of the three kingdoms of Solraak, Alrakia and Caere under the Imperial banner on 18 March, 2023. This historic event marked the birth of the Solraak Empire and laid the foundation for a unified military structure for defend the nation's borders and defend its values. However, this was only achieved almost a year later, on 27 February, 2024, with the creation, not only of the SAF but also of the Solraak Imperial Air Force and the Solraak Imperial Army.
Mission
The mission of the Solraak Armed Forces is to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Empire of Solraak, deter aggression, and promote regional stability. Through strategic planning, training, and collaboration with allied forces, the SAF aims to ensure the security of Solraak and contribute to global peacekeeping efforts.
Structure
The Solraak Armed Forces are currently composed of two branches, each with its own unique responsibilities and capabilities:
Solraak Imperial Army: Responsible for ground-based operations, including land warfare, peacekeeping missions, and disaster relief efforts.
Solraak Imperial Air Force: Ensures aerial superiority, conducts reconnaissance missions, and provides air support for ground and naval forces.
Leadership
The overall command of the Solraak Armed Forces rests with the Supreme Commander, who is the reigning Emperor of Solraak. Under the Emperor's guidance, senior military officers oversee the day-to-day operations of each branch, ensuring coordination and efficiency across the SAF.
