Turavia, officially "Socialist Republic of Turavia" was a self-recognized micronation. The territory of Turavia is located in northwestern Germany, in the federal state of Saxony.
History
On 14 June 2022, a group of revolutionaries declared a small part of the German state of Lower Saxony as the territory of Turavia. On June 26, 2022, this group of revolutionaries established a Provisional Government, called "ProvReg". Under the leadership of the Communist Workers Party of Turavia and its leader Ben R., it continues to govern until a constitution and electoral system can be established.
Politics
Currently, Turavia is governed by a revolutionary government. The Communist Workers Party of Turavia (CWPT) strives for a one-party socialist system based on the principles and tradition of Marxism-Leninism.
