Seigneurs or Seigneur is the one of the three capital cities of the Kingdom of Quebec and serves as the Lords capital of the Kingdom. The city was established in December 2018 and Incorporated in April of 2019. The city is home to the House of Lords building, the city is know as the Heart of Quebec. It is 3 miles north of the nearest Town, Ville de blé.
