The Second Kingdom of Wessex is a micronation based off of the Kingdom of Wessex founded by Cerdic.
History and Rise
[The Kingdom of Wessex's earliest history dates back to 519 AD, by the 9th century, they were the strongest Kingdom in all of England and under Alfred the Great, the Vikings were defeated and pushed to Jarvis (present day York) the last King from the House of Wessex was Edward the Confessor. However, the Second Kingdom of Wessex claims to be a continuation of the House of Wessex and the Kingdom of Wessex. The official languages are English and German. Government
The government is an absolute monarchy, the King appoints an advisor (Prime Minister) who shall serve as Head of Government and Chairman of Parliament.
