Her Excellency Sally Rachael Higginson is currently the Citizens Triumvir of the Reylan Imperial Triumvirate, having been elected in the most recent elections.
Biography
Early life
Sally was born in a barn in the hamlet of Nash, in Worcestershire, UK. A fairly unremarkable childhood, she spent the first 10 years of her life occupied with primary school and pokemon. once high school hit at age 11, however, a previously hidden academic side flourished, and she found herself particularly drawn to the scientific side of school life, gaining high grades in biology, chemistry and physics. One notable exam saw her get 100% on a biology paper, much to the teachers surprise and delight.
Also during high school Sally spent 5 years training in Tae Kwon Do, the Korean martial art of self defence, attaining a red belt for her trouble by the end.
Sally then moved onto college, where she studied her twin passions of science and drama, finishing with A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Drama and Theatre Studies, as well as an AS in Physics.
Currently she is studying a degree in Zoology at Bangor University, where she met Emperor Taeglan I Nihilus and Matthew Heslop.
Personal life
Sally currently is an active member of two societies at university, BEDS (Bangor English Dramatic Society) and Bangor Comedy, where she acts in many plays and does some improv comedy. She also enjoys the usual student pleasures of film, gaming and the active social life.
