Roxism

Roxism is the idea that corporations, companies, workers unions and others should be the main controlers of society and how society actually functions. In Roxism, the government would need to do their absolute best to improve and help these companies, corporations etc with money and material. Roxism is mainly a mix of Nationalism, Socialism, Democratism but also Monarchy. It is mainly a dead ideology, dying after the end of Lettija, and after the Alberian independence war. Although, Directionism shares some similarities with Roxism, so it is not escentially dead.

Economic side of the spectrum

Roxism is a ideology based of several principles: Capitalism, literally capitalism. The main idea of Roxism is that it is a ideology of Ultra-Capitalism, and the state must only help companies, make them expand and do as much as they possibly can to improve the companies, although still allowing them to be privately owned, although the state owning portions of it.

Produced goods must be split into two portions, 30-50% for the state, and 50-70% being exported to other countries, with this, it would be mainly equal.

A person with larger quantities of money lives freely and not any of his rights are taken, although, in some occasions they can be taxed more, from 1.5% to 4.3%.

Anyone and everyone who is available to work, must work. And the state needs to help anyone who is jobless, by trying to get them in a job position. Although it's not illegal to have a job.

The state and other corporations must help the people to gain jobs and education, schools must not be too hard upon anyone, and teachers and the schools must help at all costs to help students move on in life.

Companies and corporations may freely expand, although they need a special license to expand into other countries.

Companies can be freely registered and opened, and the state mainly has to allow it.

Mercantilism must be a important part of Roxism. Mercantilism is an economic policy that is designed to maximize the exports and minimize the imports for an economy. It promotes imperialism, tariffs and subsidies on traded goods to achieve that goal. The policy aims to reduce a possible current account deficit or reach a current account surplus, and it includes measures aimed at accumulating monetary reserves by a positive balance of trade, especially of finished goods. Historically, such policies frequently led to war and motivated colonial expansion.

Political side of the spectrum

All people must have human rights. Criminals can be applied into humane and paid slavery, and later, criminals can buy out of Slavery, although if their sentence ends, the Slave period ends after a week of getting out.

Noone is superior than others, not a race or anyone can be superior then others.

Censorship can be applied if needed, on radicalist books, and propaganda, although it isnt required..

The "Arbitrium council" is a council of judges, politicians, and others, mainly under the leader. They make decisions upon law, medicine, and others, this must be accepted by the "Conventus" and the Leader of the state, mainly called "Princastatus". They can suggest laws, sue and call companies and corporations to justice. It usually has around 80 members.

The "Conventus" accept laws, decide on opinions and decisions, and are a collective of Parties, politicians, and others, working together to accept laws, debate, and make the state better. They are elected via free and fair elections. The conventus is basically a version of the congress, with around 50 members of it.

"Econononiliopuli"

The "Econononiliopuli" decide on economic laws, trade deals, and rights of workers and the people. It is a collective of corporation leaders, economic ministers, and company leaders, as well as worker union leaders. It usually has around 30-100 members.

"Resticabsocio"

The "Resticabsocio" decide on the rights of farmers, agriculture, food export and import, production of food, agricultural tax, and other details. They are a collective of mainly state ministers and politicians, as well as members of the "Agricolasilium". It usually has around 20 members.

"Agricolasilium"

The "Agricolasilium" are unions of Factory workers, Agriculture workers/Farmers, and the more Wealthy folk. Each municipality of the state has one union, while every historical region has the "Mega-Agricolasium", made up from the leaders of the smaller Agricolasilium's.

"Princastatus"

The "Princastatus" is a title, being the leader of the state. It works similar to a monarchy, but a "Princastatus" can also pick successors not in it's blood line. The "Princastatus" has power to accept laws, and much more. It is similar to a monarch. It is head of state for life or until abdication, and therefore the head of state. There is only 1 "Princastatus".
