Rivanna is a municiaplity of Oriana. It is the only municipality of Oriana that does not border the State of Michigan.

Etymology

The name "Rivanna" comes from the nearby Rivanna River.

History

Originally claimed as "Ostraksheu Province", it was changed to Rivanna Municipality shortly thereafter.

Rivanna consists of 5 Communities. Under the constitution of Oriana, these communities have no representative government, and instead function as direct democracies for local matters, and rely on Municipal services.
