The Republic of Adlerhyia, commonly known as Adlerhyia, or simply The Republic, is a country primarily located in the United States of America. It consists of 6 provinces and a federal district. The official languages are English and German. It is a one-party totalitarian, Fascist, Authoritarian Dictatorship where Fürher has ultimate and all powers.

Etymology

The name Adlerhyia means Eagle King. Adler is the German word for eagle

History

On January 2, 2022, the provisional government declared the independence of Adlerhyia by adopting the resolution from Robert Kennedy the Fürher and President of the Provisional Government that stated:

That this nation is , and of right ought to be, free and independent, that they are absolved from all allegiance to the United States of America, and that all political connection between them and the United States of America is, and ought to be, totally dissolved.

On November 2, 2022, they adopted the Declaration of Independence and this date is celebrated as the nation's birthday. Parliament shortly thereafter officially changed the nation's name to the "Republic of Adlerhyia".

The new nation was founded on Enlightenment and other ideals of liberalism, Conservativism, Fascism, and was called the unalienable rights to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". It was dedicated strongly to republican principles, which emphasized that people are sovereign (not hereditary kings), demanded civic duty, feared corruption, and rejected any aristocracy. After the Declaration the government became a Fascistic Conservative-Liberal Dictatorship under the Fürher. The National Socialist Adlerhyian Worker's Party is the only party allowed to govern and form government according to the constitution.

The Government is Made up of three branches, the executive, legislative, and judicial branch. The republic is a federal presidential constitutional parliamentary( Congressional) republic. The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the Fürher as President of the Republic, the. President is the People’s representative. In practice, they are Adlerhyia ’s Head of Government and State and have a range of constitutional and ceremonial duties. The President is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Executive authority is formally vested in the President of the Republic of Adlerhyia , and it is exercised on the advice of the vice president and the cabinet. The President is the Head of Government of Adlerhyia. The President Can dissolve Parliament which is the legislative Branch. The power to dissolve house(s) of parliament is solely vested in the President . The President can also sign executive orders. An executive order is a means of issuing federal directives in the Republic, used by the President of the Republic of Adlerhyia, that manages operations of the federal government. Presidential executive orders, once issued, remain in force until they are canceled, revoked, adjudicated unlawful, or expire on their terms. This Republic is a one-party authoritarianist totalitarian system where the National Socialist Adlerhyian Worker's Party(NSAAP) is the full majority in parliament and controls all aspects of life and government. The President is also the Fürher of the Republic and has absolute power over the people and government. The president can veto any bills and it cannot be overturned once vetoed. All government officials, state or federal, and the subjected citizens of the republic must be a member of the NSAAP. The president's title is styled Der Fürher. The Fürher is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and shall The president of the United States is the commander-in-chief of the United States Armed Forces as well as all federalized United States Militia. In this capacity, the president exercises supreme operational command and control over all military personnel and militia members, and has plenary power to launch, direct and supervise military operations, order or authorize the deployment of troops, unilaterally launch nuclear weapons, and form military policy with the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. However, the constitutional ability to declare war is vested only in Congress. The continuity of government is dynastic where the sitting Fürher nominates their successor/heir to the presidency and the Fürhership for election usually they are a blood relative of the Führer's Family. The National Socialist Adlerhyian Worker's Party is the ruling party. NSAAP is the full majority in Parliament. The NSZP is the only ruling party that is allowed to rule by the constitution. No other Parties shall exist. The parliament DOES NOT have the power to declare war or impeach the Fürher and his deputy. It can impeach other members of the government. The Fürher can resign if deemed necessary for any reason. He shall formally announce resignation to the Parliament and start nomination of his successor, and elections will be held where the people can only vote for the Führer's nominated successor and their deputy.

REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ADLERHYIA:

Must be a blood relative of the Sitting Fürher

The Legislative Branch is the Parliament (Congress) which has 2 houses, which are the House of Commons and House of the Senate. It makes Laws for the Nation. Each Province has two Senators and at least one MP (Member of Parliament for the House of Commons); the more residents a state has, the more Representatives allowed. There are 100 Senators and 200 MPs. This is the 1st Parliament. Every MP MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE NSAAP.

The judicial branch is in charge of deciding the meaning of laws, how to apply them to real situations, and whether a law breaks the rules of the Constitution. The Constitution is the highest law of our Nation. The Adlerhyian Supreme Court, the highest court in the Republic, is part of the judicial branch. The Judges must be a member of the NSAAP.

National Socialist Adlerhyian Worker's Party or in Adlerhyian: Nationalsozialistische Adlerianische Arbeiterpartei (NSAAP)

The National Socialist Adlerhyian Worker's Party is the ruling party. NSZAP is the full majority in Parliament. The NSZP is the only ruling party that is allowed to rule by the constitution. No other Parties shall exist. Anyone can Join the NSAAP

The Nazi Party Platform was a 25-point program for the creation of a Nazi state and society. Hitler presented the program at the Hofbräuhaus Beerhall in Munich, Adlerhyia on February 13, 2022.

The 25 points combined extreme nationalism and socialist concepts with Adlerhyian outrage. The 25 points also included also several measures designed to appeal to workers. These included calls for profit-sharing in large industries, the nationalization of trusts, free education, and an increase in pension payments.

After the Nazi Rise to Power

The 25 points remained the Nazi Party's official statement of goals, though in later years the Nazis ignored many points. Still, they achieved some of the goals. For example, they revoked Adlerhyian citizenship from Jews (the Nuremberg Race Laws) and excluded Jews from Adlerhyian society. Ultimately, the exclusion of Jews from society resulted in their deportation from Adlerhyia, which began in 1941.

Translation

The Program of the Adlerhyian Workers’ Party is designed to be of limited duration. The leaders have no intention, once the aims announced in it have been achieved, of establishing fresh ones, merely in order to increase, artificially, the discontent of the masses and so ensure the continued existence of the Party.

We demand the union of all Adlerhyians in a Greater Adlerhyia on the basis of the right of national self-determination.
We demand equality of rights for the Adlerhyian people in its dealings with other nations, and the revocation of the peace treaties of Versailles and Saint-Germain.
We demand land and territory (colonies) to feed our people and to settle our surplus population.
Only members of the nation may be citizens of the State.
The right to vote on the State’s government and legislation shall be enjoyed by the citizens of the State alone. We demand therefore that all official appointments, of whatever kind, whether in the Reich, in the states or in the smaller localities, shall be held by none but citizens.
We oppose the corrupting parliamentary custom of filling posts merely in accordance with party considerations, and without reference to character or abilities.
We demand that the State shall make it its primary duty to provide a livelihood for its citizens. If it should prove impossible to feed the entire population, Illegals must be deported.
All citizens shall have equal rights and duties.
It must be the first duty of every citizen to perform physical or mental work. The activities of the individual must not clash with the general interest, but must proceed within the framework of the community and be for the general good.
We demand therefore:
The abolition of incomes unearned by work.
The breaking of the slavery of interest
In view of the enormous sacrifices of life and property demanded of a nation by any war, personal enrichment from war must be regarded as a crime against the nation. We demand therefore the ruthless confiscation of all war profits.
We demand the nationalization of all businesses which have been formed into corporations (trusts).
We demand profit-sharing in large industrial enterprises.
We demand the extensive development of insurance for old age.
We demand the creation and maintenance of a healthy middle class, the immediate communalizing of big department stores, and their lease at a cheap rate to small traders, and that the utmost consideration shall be shown to all small traders in the placing of State and municipal orders.
We demand a land reform suitable to our national requirements, the passing of a law for the expropriation of land for communal purposes without compensation; the abolition of ground rent, and the prohibition of all speculation in land.
. We demand the ruthless prosecution of those whose activities are injurious to the common interest. Common criminals, usurers, profiteers, etc., must be punished with death, whatever their creed or race.
We demand that Roman Law, which serves a materialistic world order, be replaced by a Adlerhyian common law.
The State must consider a thorough reconstruction of our national system of education (with the aim of opening up to every able and hard-working Adlerhyian the possibility of higher education and of thus obtaining advancement). The curricula of all educational establishments must be brought into line with the requirements of practical life. The aim of the school must be to give the pupil, beginning with the first sign of intelligence, a grasp of the notion of the State (through the study of civic affairs). We demand the education of gifted children of poor parents, whatever their class or occupation, at the expense of the State.
The State must ensure that the nation’s health standards are raised by protecting mothers and infants, by prohibiting child labor, by promoting physical strength through legislation providing for compulsory gymnastics and sports, and by the extensive support of clubs engaged in the physical training of youth.
We demand the abolition of the mercenary [i.e. professional] army and the formation of a people’s army.
We demand legal warfare on deliberate political mendacity and its dissemination in the press. To facilitate the creation of a Adlerhyian national press we demand:
(a) that all editors of, and contributors to newspapers appearing in the Adlerhyian language must be members of the nation;
(b) that no non-Adlerhyian newspapers may appear without the express permission of the State. They must not be printed in the Adlerhyian language;
(c) that non-Adlerhyians shall be prohibited by law from participating financially in or influencing Adlerhyian newspapers, and that the penalty for contravening such a law shall be the suppression of any such newspaper, and the immediate deportation of the non-Adlerhyians involved.
The publishing of papers which are not conducive to the national welfare must be forbidden. We demand the legal prosecution of all those tendencies in art and literature which corrupt our national life, and the suppression of cultural events which violate this demand.
We demand freedom for all religious denominations in the State, provided they do not threaten its existence nor offend the moral feelings of the Adlerhyian race.

The Party, as such, stands for positive Christianity, but does not commit itself to any particular denomination. It combats the Jewish-materialist spirit within and without us, and is convinced that our nation can achieve permanent health only from within on the basis of the principle: The common interest before self-interest.

25. To put the whole of this program into effect, we demand the creation of a strong central state power for the Reich; the unconditional authority of the political central Parliament over the entire Reich and its organizations; and the formation of Corporations based on estate and occupation for the purpose of carrying out the general legislation passed by the Reich in the various Adlerhyian states.

Military

The Wehrmacht is the main Military of the Republic. It includes the Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, and the Heer. Other Paramilitary organizations include the Fürher Youth and the Schutzstaffel. The Ministry of Defense handles all matters concerning National Security, Border Protection, and others. One of the departments include the War Council, a military body convened by the Fürher that aided the Fürher on military strategy, operations, and others. It is only convened in times of war by the Fürher's announcement and decision. The Fürher is the Chair of the Council. The Fürher is the Supreme Commander of the Wehrmacht.

Geography and climate

The nation is divided into fifteen terrestrial and five marine ecozones.
