The Soviet of the Provinces is one of the two legislative assemblies with the Soviet of the Union which constituted the Supreme Soviet of the Communist Republic of Montimont. It represents the interests of the different Provinces on the basis of: 1 deputies for 2 Provinces and 1 deputies for 1 provinces.
They are elected by direct suffrage by the provinces concerned.
