Provinces are the first level administrative divisions of the Kingdom of Aspen. The Kingdom of Aspen is currently divided into five provinces: Virginia, New England, Great Lakes, Texas, and Wales. Regional authorities are normally named after currently existing regions or territories as a matter of simplicity.
