The People's Republic of Novvnitsa is an independent microstate located in the Russian Federation. It is a country with a socialist system, the form of government is a republic. The main languages are Russian, Spanish and Novvnitsky. The currency is the Novvnitskaya lita.
History
Novvnitsa began its history recently, but has prerequisites for the creation of the state. Initially, Novvnitsa was supposed to become a principality, and be governed in the likeness of the principalities of Ancient Russia. But this alley seemed to the founder, Valery Vodolagin, unviable. Valery, being a representative of ultra-left ideas, proposed the project of a socialist Novvnitsa, and on May 16, 2023 (12023 Holocene), the People's Republic of Novvnitsa was founded. Soon the symbolism was created. The motto was a quote from Ernesto Che Guevara: "Be realistic, dream of the impossible!". This motto is used in all official languages.
Novvnitsa ceased to exist after the anarchist uprising.
Territory
Novvnitsa has no real territories, although it is formally located on the territory of the room of the founder of the state - Valery Vodolagin. Due to the small territory, Novvnitsa has one city - Novol, and one region - Novolskaya.
Political structure
The government belongs to the people and the Labor Party of Novvnitsa. The people form syndicates, which are in the self-government of the workers, as well as the types of collective and public property are formed by the people. The power is in the hands of the Labor Party of Novvnitsa. The Party is a pro-government and legislative governing body. The head of state, as well as his representative, is the People's President, whose position is currently held by the founder of Novvnitsa, Valery Vodolagin.
Due to the temporary absence of a constitution, a party dictatorship (party democracy) was introduced for the purposes of order until the constitution was written.
