Legislation
The First Provincial Assembly
The People's Republic of Tibbsia's 1st Provincial Congress ratified the Tibbsian Constitution and Governmental Restrictions in which:
Article 1: All citizens of Tibbsia have the right to vote.
Article 2: All citizens of Tibbsia have the right to free speech, a free press, and freedom of religion.
Article 3: All citizens have the right to run for an office in the Tibbsian Government
Article 4: All citizens of Tibbsia have the right to peaceful protest.
Article 5: All citizens of Tibbsia have the right to government-provided health care
Article 6: All citizens of Tibbsia have the right to a fair trial with an attorney
Article 6: The Tibbsian government shall be comprised of a President, a cabinet, and a National Assembly.
Article 8: The National Assembly shall have supervisory authority over a President.
Article 9: The President and National Assembly shall never make any law against the Constitution of Tibbsia.
Article 10: The President shall have final diplomatic and military authority
Article 11: Both the presidency and positions in the National Assembly shall be elected in a fair election every 6 years.
Article 12: Shall the President be incapacitated, the President of the National Assembly shall take office, followed by the Vice President of State Vice President of Defence, the Vice President of Law Enforcement, the Vice President of the Treasury, and the Vice President of Internal Security.
Article 13: Members of the Constitutional Court shall be picked by the sitting president, with approval from the National Assembly.
Article 14: Each region inhabited shall receive one delegate to the National Assembly for every 5 people.
Article 15: Any power that is not delegated in this document shall be held by the cabinet member who most closely manages that area.
The Provincial Assembly also ratified the format for Tibbsian Elections and Impeachment, in which:
Article 16: Elections should be held every year for President and Vice President, while National Assembly Elections shall be held every six months.
Article 17: Should a member of the People’s government commit a crime of Treason, Bribery, Perjury to the National Assembly or Obstruction of the Constitutional or justice court they shall be tried in the National Assembly with the Cheif Justice of the PRT Constitutional court as the judge, the National Assembly as the jury, and counsels picked by each side.
Future National Assemblies
Elections for the 1st Tibbsian National Assembly shall be held when the citizen count reaches 25.
Military
The Tibbsian Navy, Air Forces and Ground Forces are non-existent.
Elections
In the Election of January 2019, it was determined that Tucker Gibbs shall be elected president in a landslide of 100% of the vote. there were no other candidates due to the nations small population.

The population of Tibbsia has increased steadily and is now at 3.
Foreign Relations and Affairs
Organization of Active Micronations
Tibbsia holds observer status in the Organisation of Active Micronations (New Eiffel Union), with a vote on its membership to be held at the next meeting.
Treaties
Tibbsia is a signatory to the Intergalactic Treaty of 2019.
