People's Republic of South Chad

The People's Republic of South Chad is a Communist Democracy micro-nation based in Florida, United States. It currently has 4 office positions: Legislative Branch, Secretary of All Departments, Vice President, and President. However, the nation is currently ran by a Dictator (Zane). South Chad was considered dead for a long time, until Zane took the initiative to revive it. Its official languages are English, Czech, and Chaddish. Its currency is Chadders, and they are peaceful with North Chad. Its property is in an undisclosed location. 1 Chadder is US$4.20. Its capital city is Chadstone and its largest city is Chadberg. It's short name is South Chad. Its motto is "Capitalismus malum". Finally, they have finally signed a peace treaty with North Chad.

CONSTITUTION

Article One
Section 1
South Chad is a very good communist democracy. If you disagree, you shall be exiled
Section 2
You may have freedom of speech, but if you disagree with the president or if you speak out against South Chad, you will be exiled
Section 3
The President has Supreme Power
Section 4
If you join any other micronations, you shall be exiled
Section 5
The presidential election is the last day of every month, once all of the votes are counted and the winner is declared, they shall appoint someone to a position of government.
Section 6
If you say no to being appointed, you shall be exiled

Article Two
Section 1
The reasoning behind this simple rule is that many have been waiting on edge for the release, what spoiling would do would that it would release the tension, creating the reason of people not to buy tickets, this would lower the amount of money Big Chungus gets, therefore leading him into a spiraling depression and then the end of Big Chungus.
Section 2
If you disagree with the Constitution at all, you shall be exiled

The pecking order for branches is 1. Executive (President, Vice President, and Secretary of All Departments) 2. Legislative 3. Judicial
Section 4
The Vice President is more of a gesture by the President of them saying he/she likes you
Section 5
Amendments need at least 3/4 of the people's vote to pass.
Section 6
When a new president is elected, the current one must give up their role as President and give it to the new person. They must also transfer ownership of the server and give it to the new President. The Vice President must also give up their role and The new President will give it to whoever they choose.
