Pendixium Federation (formally called United States of America) is a micronation located inside United States of America. The Federation has mirrored the properties of the US which shared similarity in borders, land diversity, environment and its political culture. Pendixium Federation has 50 federal states, a federal district and many incorporated territories. The Federation is bordered between Canada and Mexico in the North and South respectively.
Pendixium Federation was established in the mid-2007 and for 12 years not much activity was recorded. When first presidential election was held, the elected president pushed for a normal operation in the federal government. As time goes on, the Federation went into a constitutional crisis and the government was toppled. On April 2021, the nation was revived and a new constitution was drafted and ratified. However, the new consitution faced many backlash and controversies from pro-nationalists and liberal furries including the furry apocalypse brought the nation into a divided state. Later, President Michael R. Trench singlehandedly brought the nation back together by pushing his controversial legislatures. In early-2022 Democratic-lead reformist Diane Foxington won the April 2022 presidential election and was sworn as the first female President. She motioned for many reforms and helped improve the economy. Unfortunately, she died in office and former president Michael R. Trench was reinstated.
In late-2022, President Michael was impeached and tried in Congress after a democratic whistleblower leaked many classified document which incited abuse of power and partly financial fraud. He staged a coup against his own government and established his confederate-based government. After a few months, the two governments met in Washington D.C. and an agreement and compromise were made and signed.
