The Grand Duchy of Flandrensis offers their condolence to Alexander Reinhardt and his family.

— On a condolence message by Flandrensis

Sua Reale Maestà Patrizio Primo (English: His Royal Majesty Patrizio the First) also simply known as Patrizio I (23 May 1943 - 23 September 2009) was an Architect and retired, but unofficial, micronationalist. He was King of St.Charlie from the 25 December 2000 until his abdication the 15 November 2008, when a revolution caused by an economic crisis overthrew the absolute monarchy and declared St.Charlie as a Federal Republic.

He was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2006. In November 2008 he had to be operated on for a cardiac bypass. Following a respiratory crisis, he was sedated at the Gemelli hospital of Rome on 23 September 2009, where he passed away that night. Two days of National mourning were declared by the St.Charlian government, and a number of micronations with ties to the nation sent messages of condolence to both the government and Prime Minister Alexander Reinhardt upon hearing the news.
