History
Origins
After a few discussions on the Arabic language between members of the Paloman Government and Arab Paloman citizens the idea was brought up about what the Arabic and Spanish languages would look like combined. This idea gained interested by both the Paloman Language Regulation Board and the Islamic Association of Paloma. A team lead by President Aidan McGrath and Kassem Merhi were left responsible for creating the constructed language.
The team decided to use the Arabic alphabet alongside Spanish vocabulary to build off of for the language, techincially making the Paloarabic a romance language.

Paloarabic is mostly inspired by the Spanish and Arabic languages. It features most of the Spanish vocabulary while using the Arabic alphabet and using some Arabic words instead of the Spanish ones. Paloarabic has been often compared with Mozarabic language as it is similar with its origins being more related to Romance languages rather than being Semitic like Arabic.
