The Organization of Free Nations, abbreviated as the OFN, was a micronational organization whos main purpose was to liberate servers which had been ravaged by dictators. Founded by multiple micronations, the initial goal was to remove the current leader of the Rocky Mountain Confederation at the time and revise the way the server was run to allow for better free speech and self expression in the server. The OFN found little reason to exist after this, so it set a goal to liberate other servers from similar dictators.
History
The Organization was founded sometime in November, and was created to remove McKay Clemens of the USRM from the Rocky Mountain Confederation. This was controversial, with him claiming that his actions were justified, and with the OFN claiming that he was abusing his power and limiting free speech. The OFN claimed that they liberated the RMC, however popular opinion by the USRM argues that that he had been removed before the intervention of the OFN. After their removal of McKay from the Rocky Mountain Confederation, the OFN then went on a campaign of securing servers under occupation in return for protection. As per the scandal that resulted in the Chairman's Discord account being disabled, the servers were left with essentially no central power, and were later dissolved following the fall of the OFN. On 27 March 2022, a revival was announced by the Chairman of the OFN, with a Charter being created for the OFN to set the basis for its revival. This attempt would eventually fail, leading to the death of the OFN and rise of its official replacement, the NOFN.
