The Order of the Lion is the second highest order of chivalry of the Kingdom of Brunsnia. The Order was founded on 20 December 2020 as a replacement of the Order of the Pine by His Majesty, King Arthur I.
The Order is divided into four ranks, the highest being the Knight Commander. Any person who had been conferred with an Order of the Pine shall be awarded the new award in this rank. Former recipients may also continue to wear the decoration of the Order of the Pine but not the postnominals. In order of precedence, the Order of the Pine shall be worn after that of the new decoration and before the Order of Friendship.
