Odolf I (Noah Edgar Morrow Houle; born 19 May 2005) is the Count of Dostoyevsky. He began to oversee his county on 26 October 2020, the day Grand Duke Kory came into power and selected members of the Grand Assembly to look over the three counties that divided the territory at the time. His heritage is of Welsh and French descent and he is fluent in English and French.
