The Democratic Peoples Republic of Vanceonia, more commonly known as Vanceonia, or simply the DPRV, is a Marxist Leninst Republic.
History
The Democratic People's Republic of Vanceonia was founded on the 25th of July in the year 2019, under the banner of Marxism Leninism. The first and only president of the DPRV is Ashton Mattingly, who formerly led the National Workers Party of Haston (later Nordstern) and then founded the Oakwood Socialist Republic which was then absorbed into the Union of Crimsonian Socialist Republics which was a Union of states including the Peoples Republic of Leighalle which was led by Ethan Brown, and then the United Democratic Nation of Nova which was led by Kay Mattingly. Shortly after the Unions foundation treachery by Ethan Brown occurred when Premier Mattingly was hospitalized. Ethan Brown sexually harassed union member Kay Mattingly. After being confronted by at the time close allies of the union, Gabriel Sebastian, Trace Kimes, and Otto Gillespie Birch came to the unions aid. Rather than facing the consequences of his actions Brown fled and later returned in multiple "sock puppet" nations. On November 10 however Nova and Oakwood united into the Socialist Federal Republic of Crimson. It was one of Vanceonia's brightest periods. Due to internal drama the Republic went into a period of hiatus. Later in March 2020 Vanceonia was revamped and a series of reforms and rebuilding helped bring back our republic in the form of the Crimson Socialist Republic, which consisted of the nations of Oakwood, Adonia, and Gilmore, unfortunately Andrew Franson (now Premier of the People's Republic of Adonia) decided to split from the Republic, and Gilmore was split in half be Vanceonia and Adonia which now openly engage in diplomacy and friendship. Now Vanceonia stands strong and will continue to grow stronger and be a beacon of Marxism Leninism for all to see!
Ideology
The Democratic Peoples Republic of Vanceonia is a nation built for and by the proletariat built upon the ideology of Marxism Leninism. In order for a functioning socialist state we have adapted these policies to our socioeconomic and material conditions. Our laws ensure freedom and justice for all regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, or ability. As a collective nation we strive for the goal of Communism.
