The novopartian nation (Novopartian: novopartenasiev, Russian: новопартийская нация) is a primarily Russian-speaking artificial nation established to give a de-jure motive for the Independence Manifesto of the Republic of Novopartia. It was introduced to justify novopartian independence as an act of national self-determination and according with the UN's International Court of Justice advisory opinion regarding Kosovar independence. The nation of novopartians was first announced in the preamble of the Independence Manifesto.
