Battle of Maglase
On the afternoon of 30 Agust, Franco De Felice and an armed group of Italian army opened fire against an Stalingradian civil in neutral territory. Soon after, the Army of Yesela counterattacked. At the end of the battle the Italian Army surrendered to the Armed Forces of Yesela.
Alhough Franco De Felice was the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Italian Fakla, he confessed that the group did not act in name of Fakla. All the soldiers involved in the battle were arrested by the Armed Forces of Yesela. De Felice was later released, and together with Tassetti later wrote a treaty of surrender. This part of the battle still remains uncertain, as the rebels and in particular Morosi, claim that De Felice never signed a document of armistice.
