The National Monarchist Party of Fontasia, abbreviated to NMPF is a monarchist and conservative political party in the Kingdom of Fontasia. Established on 25 May 2022, it is currently lead by António Salazar in the Supreme Directorate.
Ideology
The National Monarchist Party supports monarchist and conservative values, heavily inspired from the former absolute monarchies of France, Portugal and Russia. It is a party in the Neutral-Right Directorate Sector.
History
The National Monarchist Party of Fontasia was established on 25 May 2022. The first Director, also elected on the day the party was established was J.S. He was re-elected again in the 2022 Summer Directorial Election on 10 August 2022. K.A. won the seat of Director in the 2022 Fall Directorial Election, in a competitive three-way run between incumbent J.S. and António Salazar. 20 days later, during the Third Directorate, King Conor I relieved K.A. of his post and replaced him with António Salazar. Salazar would be re-elected unopposed in the 2023 Winter Directorial Election.
