Monticello, is a city in the Republic of New York it is the County Seat of Hudson County. Monticello is famous for its tourism and being the largest city in the Republic of New York. Monticello is the 4th city to be established in the Republic of New York.

Monticello is named after its location and the city itself.
History
Founding Era
The founding of Monticello was on 12 December 2022 during this time it had a population of 12 people. The claim started with 0.59 sq. km (0.23 sq. mi) as the population was growing rapidly during this time
Development Era
The development era was an era of growth, in total the population increased to 36 people during this time. In late November the population would start exploding. Surpassing the 2nd largest city Northwest Warren about 1 month later.

Monticello has grown a lot since its founding gaining over 389 people since its founding. A new area has been incorporated into the city to further help growth.
