May 2023 Crisis
The May 2023 Crisis was an episode of major tensions within the TDC Empire during May 2023. The crisis was caused by a threat on the life of Jason I along with a possible attempt on his life.
Timeline
During this month multiple things happened that led up to the initial threat. The Duke of Rüliska and the Kaiser had a rift in their friendship that resulted in minor fights and personal attacks on each other's names. The eventual threat was made on the 17th of May, 2023. In response the authorities were informed and promptly ended the situation, but it still took a detrimental hit to the TDC Government, resulting in an emergency order being put out and the capital being moved to Pyro city. Along with the parliament was temporarily put on vacation until the situation was resolved.
Aftermath
After the government was put back into line and the capital was moved back to Bresdin all territories related to the duchy were abolished.
