The next Kingdom of Lotriori Parliamentary Elections is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 5 May, in line with the Fixed-term Parliaments Act of 2021.If held to schedule, it would be the first general election to be held at the end of a fixed-term Parliament.
Electoral system
The same procedures will be also applied for this elections the parties competing beeing in a little number and no independents for this time.
The Labourist Party has been excluded from the elections because of the great scandal of "donations" whome shall be between 1 Pesos and 20.000 Pesos. The Labourist Party presented a sum of over 30.000 Pesos as a party donation to different charieies in full campaing and the Central Electoral Bureau decided that the non-declared money is considered election bribery and suspended their presence in the 22nd Parliament of Lotriori.
The Prime Minister had resigned with a week before the elections and an interim Gouverment has been formed by the Duchess of Lotriori.
Controvercies
First Independent Prime Minister
After the tie between the wro parties, Conservative and Spanish Popular Parties, HM The Queen decided thru a decree that HRH The Duchess of Lotrioara to remain the Prime Minister as a hang parliament will be formed. The decision was not so good percepted by the public, HRH The Duchess beeing a member of the Labourist Party.
As the first interim Prime Minister and the 9th one in office, she decided to resign the next day from her position as member of the Labourist Party and form the first Independent Gouverment of the Kingdom of Lotriori. She announced that thru a letter to the public and Parliament, who will assamble on the 10th May 2021 to convocate the 22 nd Lotriori Parliament.
Labourist Electoral Bribe
The Labourist Party was accused in March to have given electoral bribe to diferent charities under the form of donations who summed over 30.000 Pesos. The Electoral Comitee of Lotriori has decided to take them out of the electoral lists. This determined the exit of the Social Democrats from the parliament after many debates. Their exit was the quitest exit from politic of an important party but determined by a crises into the gouverment, as many members of the cabinet also left when the Prime Minister announced the formation of an Independent Gouverment.
Regional Rasism
The regions reacted very brief to the election the percent of presence beeing 100%. This led to different regional disgracious results with the local party beeing voted in majority, and many of the parties remaining without the rest of the parties. This led to regions who were won by regional parties but lost in the other majority like Ciudad de Capital, who was won by the Conservatives.
President of the House of Lords and Deputies
The two presidents, Baron Karpender and Alexandrescu Iabob, resigned imediatley after the elections and will present the vote for each president in part in the first session of the parliament, after the Queens Speech. The supposes for the leader of the Deputies are the leader of the Spanish Popular Party, Mr.Cruz, or the leader of D&S Party, Ms.Sylver Christina. This is an important battle that the parties shall won to get the overall control of the gouverment and actions.
The President of the House of Lords, the Baron or Baroness ex officio, will be chose in the first day also after HM speech and it is supposed to be Marchioness of Lutonburg, Ms.Johanna Luton
