The Micronational Union of North America, stylized as M.U.N.A, MUNA, or Muna is a micronational organization for (so far) small micronations on the North American continent. There are four nations in it, all founding members; the Kingdom of Suttornland, the Imperial Kingdom of Salem, the Empire of Whitewind, and Tobania. The Treaty of M.U.N.A., the founding document, was signed on April 13 by the leaders of Tobania, Suttornland, and Salem. Whitewind's Emperor was absent. 1 No nation has to fight for MUNA if they are unwilling or unable.

Decisions are voted on, ties require a revote after further explanation/convincing.

Member-states are not allowed to declare war on each other without trying diplomacy first.

If a nation does something against the rules or against the purposes of the union, there will be a vote about whether to eject them from the union.

There needs to be a vote about whether to do something that affects the whole union, however a nation is free to declare war for their country.

Member nations are not allowed to use large-scale espionage agencies against other member-states. However, they are free to use them on non-members.

For a new nation to join, there must be a majority vote to let them in. If they win it, they sign the bottom of the treaty. If not, they may not join the union.
