The Lord Lieutenant of Dewhurst County is the ceremonial head of Dewhurst County and the chair of the Dewhurst Ceremonial Council.
History
The role of Lord Lieutenant of Dewhurst County is the oldest Lord Lieutenant role within the Kingdom of Albia. The office was established on 17 June 2022 by Luke I of Albia after Dewhurst County was founded.
Appointment
The Lord Lieutenant is appointed by the Monarch of Albia and serves at the monarch's pleasure. The appointee is always a resident of the county and is usually the person the monarch believes is most qualified for the position and that understand's the county's needs the best.
