Chancellor Lincoln or Lincoln Boggs, also known by the Alias “TurttleSQUIRT” is the current Chancellor of Shahawkia. Chancellor Lincoln is a teenager located in Ohio, spearheading activity in Ianshak. Vice Lincoln is responsible for the modernization of the Shahawkian Armed Forces and has designed a few military vehicles. The first vehicle of the military he created was the F-37 Smokeybear which was inspired by the name that Ohio state highway patrolmen were known for. Smokeybear is a combat aircraft design Using a turbocharged multirow R17 radial diesel engine. Included on the fighter is 2 GAU-8 Avenger rotary cannons mounted on the wings and a radar tracking system. There are 3 more vehicles that were designed but are still in the prototype stages. Chancellor Lincoln is the founder of multiple other Shahawkian programs including radio telecommunications and is widely known for his advanced modernization of usage of radios amongst The Armed Forces. Vice Lincoln has also helped setup the Shahawkian computer lab in Fort Plycutta. Lincoln was sworn in at the hand of Emperor Stephen I in early April following the Insurrection of 2022.
