The Liberal Party of Carpathia (Romanian: Partidul Liberal al Carpatiei), more known by its acronym PCRP, is one of the three major parties in Carpathia, along with the National Liberal Party and the Social Democratic Party. It is a liberal party, being located in the centre of the political spectrum, being generally considered to the left of the National Liberal Party, and to the right of the Social Democratic Party.
It is the second-largest party in the Regional Parliament of Carpathia, with 23 MPs out of 85, being the senior coalition partner in a government with the Social Democratic Party. The Liberal Party of Carpathia was founded on 30 December 2015, as a result of the foundation of the Regional Parliament of Carpathia.
The party is led by President Robert Ștefănescu, which is also the Prime Minister of Carpathia in the coalition cabinet with the Social Democratic Party of Carpathia.
