The Confederate States of Latin America is a micronation based in Nagoya, Aichi (Bolivardea) Prefecture.
It has Guatemala City, Quetzaltenango, Cusco, Lima, Panama and Rapanui in its foreign territories.
Politics is a constitutional republic, and the government is led by the governor-general, who was elected and delegated by King Sun (another name for Emperor Wakoku).
With Simon Bolivar as one of the heroes, he aims to reopen the Panama Conference.
