Republic Of Kolonya (Türkçe: Kolonya Cumhuriyeti) is a small micronation in the small town of Akyaka, Turkey. It was created in the Turkish film Kolonya Cumhuriyeti.[1] In the film, Republic of Kolonya was formed because the town accidentaly sank a US warship. The Turkish goverment leaves the town and breaks all ties. A inhabitant of the town, Peker Mengen comes up with a idea to create their own country.
