Etymology
The name Nissqueogue comes from the Native American tribes that used to reside in the now kingdom. The name is also derived from the river that shares a name with the tribe.

Other nations founded by the king prior to Nissequogue
Pirate Kingdom of Suffolk
The Pirate Kingdom of Suffolk was the first micronation that Maximillian Greig, the now King of Nissequogue. The Pirate Kingdom of Suffolk orginially claim all of Suffolk in April 2018. Then around June the Kingdom became innactive and then became defunt.
Empire of Yotai
The Empire of Yotai was the Second nation founded by the King. At the time of creation Maximillian was jewish and deeply interesting the Culture of China. He stated "The Empire of Yotai is a mix of Jewish and Chinese culture." The Empire was founded around March 2020. On the King's 11 birthday he had a coronation of him becoming the Emperor of Yotai at his grand parents house, however his interest in ruling the Empire later died out in june of 2020.
The Kingdom of United Smithtown
The Kingdom of United Smithtown was founded on May 22 of 2022. It was short lived.
The Empire of Whisperburg
The Empire of Whisperburg was Maximillian's 4th nation, The Emperor took control in a coup. It was formed directly after the fall of the Kingdom of Untied Smithtown. It had minor success in the micronational world, however, when Maximillian tried to grow the nation, few were interested, resulting in Maximillian cedeing the country to the TDC Empire in october of 2022.
Almendrian Kingdom of Commack
Maximillian came back to micronationalism making the nation of Commack, which was an Alemdnrian Automous Republic, this period is frowned upon by the King of Nissequogue. The Kingdom was later dissolved around the middle of January, 2023.
History of Nissequogue after Commack
Early months
The early growth of the Kingdom was haulted due to personal issues in the Kings life, however the King returned in February. The last week of February was when Nissequogue started to grow.
The month of March, 2023
March was an eventful month for Nissequogue, around St. Patricks day, the King was in the US state of Florida, while there he made three colonies in the area, being named: Palmhina, Wellington & Smithfarm, however, during his time in Florida, around 4 raids on the Nissequogue discord server took place. Two raids were carried out by Owen Bean of Canvia, while another one was carried out by Faltree, which was the most infamous raid that took place in Nissequoges history, while the last one was carried out by the Russian Kingdom of Ukretinia, which lead to the annexation of Nissequogue by the fellow Long Island micronation, the TDC Empire.
Government
The Government of Nissequogue is Overseen and lead by King Maximillian I on behlaf of the TDC Kaiser. The legistalature of Nissequogue is the Imperial Parliament of TDC.
Culture
The Culture of Nissequogue is a mix of Modern Long Island Celtic and Italian cultures. Nissequogue has a large Italian demographic, with the Italian identity being the majority in the nation. With the large amount of Irish and Italian citizens, the Catholic denomination of Christianity is heavly embeded in the culture of Nissequogue. Nissequogue also has a small Russian and Hispanic population.
