Terredepaix, officially the Kingdom of Terredepaix, is a micronation located in Central Michigan with a colony in drummond island [an island in michigan,] It is an absolute monarchy and is currently ruled by his royal highness king josh. It is the headquarters and founding member of the World Micronational Alliance [WMA], which later merged with the United Front Against Warmongers [UFAW] to create the Micronational Peace Alliance [MPA].

Etymology
The name "Terredepaix" are the french words "Terre," [Land] "de," [of] "peace" put together to form one word. So, altogether, Terredepaix's name means "land of peace." The original name for the country was "loomissia," which was named after a place closeby.
History
Founding, independence and early days
Terredepaix was founded on 8 May 2022 by Josh. It was originally was known as Loomissia. Almost immediately, Loomissia began diplomatic relations with King Josh’s ally, Paxaris. The next morning, on 9 May 2022, King William began writing an unofficial constitution that did not make it past the first article. Later that evening, King William and the aforementioned king of Paxaris, who wishes to be called King FT I, had a “congressional meeting” on a video call, where they discussed the two micronations.
May name change
On May 14, 2022 Loomissias name changed from Loomissia to “Terredepaix” which, as mentioned above, means “land of peace” in French.
Mosquito war
On 22 May 2022 King Josh declared war on mosquitoes after they began terrorizing him with bites. On 24 May, 2022, King Josh ended the war after the Royal Mom killed two mosquitos in the Secondary Parliament building. He did, however, implement the Mosquito Policy, which states that any Terredepaixan citizen has the right to swat at and kill any mosquito they find or that bites them. This policy became more or less ineffective as the Royal Step-Mother and Royal Father put out a mosquito-killing machine at the Primary Parliament building.
Overthrow of King William by Tucker Rowell
On 9 June 2022, King William's cousin, Tucker Rowell, discovered Terredepaix existed. He challenged King Josh to a pillow fight for the nation, which King Josh thought was a complete and total joke. However, after the pillow fight, King Josh realized that it was not a joke and the newly proclaimed King Tucker had overthrown King Josh and became the new king of Terredepaix. King Tucker changed Terredepaix’s name to “Minecraft” as a joke during his short rule. In response to this, Josh implemented the first “Terredepaixan Resistance”, a movement meant to resist any future government takeovers or invasions of Terredepaix. King Tucker and Josh fought with water hoses later that afternoon, which King Josh also lost. Feeling defeated, Josh discussed a compromise with King Tucker but nothing seemed to get through to him. King Josh then gave Tucker a suggestion that Tucker finally agreed with: give up my nation, establish your own nation and I will help you and establish relations with it. Finally, the new nation Ischyrígi (which means “powerful land” in Greek) was born. After about 5-6 hours, King Josh was again king of Terredepaix.
Terredepaixan Annexation of Drummond Island
King josh had his eyes set on Drummond Island for a while since Terredepaix declared it's independence from the United States. Drummond island, an island in the upper peninsula of Michigan on the border with canada, is an island King josh really enjoyed and liked to visit. He thought it was peaceful, beautiful, and calming. He also thought it had a really cool history, so he decided to annex the island in Terredepaix's name. He has to this date not visited the island since he declared the annexation of it on august 16, 2022.
August 2022 Terredepaixan-Paxari border disputes & war
On August 19, 2022 [during one of the periods when Terredepaix expanded very largely], Terredepaix and Paxaris had a border dispute. At the time, they were in a territorial and political union with each other, which was called the "unified kingdoms of Paxaris-Terredepaix,
United Micronations of Pankosmia
On August 23, 2022 A few members of the MPA, republic of cronic, the republic of besonia, the kingdom of paxaris, yoppinland, and cambria conceptualized a soviet union of sorts, but with micronations. the nation would be called the united micronations of Pankosmia [shortened to pankosmia], after a vote was held and king FT I of paxaris' suggestion won. the nation would be a constitutional monarchy with a king and a prime minister. after a vote, it was determined that king josh of Terredepaix would be the first king of Pankosmia. the nations that would be a part of Pankosmia would be autonomous and would share equal power with each other. Although it's formation has been announced on reddit and the Micronational daily news, a newspaper about micronations created by the prime minister of cronic, it will not be fully created until the constitution is written and adopted.
Territorial crisis
Terredepaix has been in a Territorial crisis almost since its inception. at the beginning, Terredepaix has clear, defined territory: king joshs properties. However, King josh kept going through phases of wanting Terredepaix to expand, or stay as a tiny micronation.
Constitution
the official constitution of Terredepaix is a google doc (which may be printed out on real physical paper at a later date) that is not fully finished yet but Is close to being finished. Amendments can and will be made if need be. Once the constitution is finished, Terredepaix will become a constitutional monarchy.
Government
Terredepaix is an republic ran by a president. The president has the highest position of power in Terredepaix. The president is decided in a 2 yearly election.
Administrative Information
Terredepaix is split up into 7 provinces that are currently awaiting names. it also has one federal city and one colony, which do have names. the federal city, aka the capital city, is called Browndon. the colony is called the drummond colony.
Military
The military of Terredepaix, known as the "Terredepaixan armed forces," are still being worked on/created. President josh has mentioned them on numerous occasions, and so far has made progress in creating a division of the Terredepaixan armed forces [the stuffed animal division], and appointing a general for that division: General Alee the alligator. So far there are no human beings in the armed forces except King William, who is head general and commander in cheif of the Terredepaixan armed forces.

How to apply for Terredepaixan Citizenship
- Fill out the google form, which will ask you questions like "why do you want to become a citizen of Terredepaix" or "how do you plan to help and invest in Terredepaix in the future?"
- The king or queen will get the email that you filled it in and have applied for Terredepaixan Citizenship
- The king or queen will personally send you a formal email either accepting or denying your citizenship

Relations with Micronations
Terredepaix has very strong relations with the aforementioned Paxaris, and also with the members of the MPA. it recognizes all MPA members, and all peaceful, free, and friendly micronations that seek diplomatic relations with it.
Relations with Actual Nations
. Terredepaix recognizes all U.N recognized countries except for north korea, the people's republic of china, and what King josh calls "putinist russia."
