Roschara, officially known as the Kingdom of Roschara, is a self-proclaimed sovereign entity, although it is generally regarded as a micronation by the international community. Located on the Italian Peninsula, the Kingdom of Roschara declared independence from Italy under the leadership of King Michael Mantegari. The decision to secede from Italy was purportedly motivated by grievances over the political climate, including dissatisfaction with a pro-Putin senator in the Italian Senate. Roschara aspired to establish a prosperous and united nation, prompting its separation from Italy.

Culture

The cultural fabric of Roschara reflects a fusion of English and Italian influences, with a culinary preference for Italian dishes and the prevalent use of the English language among King Michael and his close circle. While the population's national origins remain ambiguous, incorporating Italian, English, and even American heritage, specific demographic data is not readily available from official government sources.

Government

King Michael wields significant authority within the Kingdom, described by some as employing an authoritative approach to governance. Claims of the King possessing extraordinary powers remain unverified, although the Ministry of Propaganda, predominantly composed of King Michael's supporters, portrays him as an immortal deity committed to emancipating Roschara from perceived oppression and to uniting the world under the banner of the "Great Empire of Roschara." However, the accuracy of these assertions is subject to skepticism, despite the Ministry of Propaganda's persistent affirmations. The King has implemented strict measures, including the prohibition of protests, to maintain control, and he occasionally engages in diplomatic ventures outside the country during weekdays, focusing on domestic affairs during the weekends.

Roschara lacks a formal Senate, as King Michael holds supreme authority, although he reportedly values the opinions of the populace. Instances of dissent are swiftly suppressed, and any public discourse on such matters is discouraged.

Media

The Kingdom's media landscape predominantly reflects the promotion of the King's image and his cult of personality, exerting significant control over television and other forms of media. Propaganda materials are commonly disseminated, accompanied by extended displays of the Roschara flag and its national anthem. Entertainment productions are subject to stringent approval criteria established by the King and the Ministry of Information, leading to potential delays and content censorship.

Land and Laws

The majority of the land within Roschara is concentrated in its capital, Via Giotto, including the route leading to the King's residence, which remains accessible to the public. Trespassing is strictly prohibited, with severe consequences for violators. The Kingdom enforces several basic laws, such as the mandatory display of respect toward the King, the preservation of public property, and the expectation of possessing knowledge about Roschara's history.

  • No Entering The Palace without Permission.
  • All must bow To The King if he enters the room or you are breathing the same air he is.
  • Must carry a copy of the flag of Roschara and must always at least ONCE, kiss it.
  • Do not damage property on the street nor desecrate it.
  • All who enter must know one fun fact about the Kingdom.

Flag and anthem

The Flag of Roschara

The uppermost band is characterized by a subtle shade of grey-white, reflecting a sense of neutrality and balance. Below this, the flag displays a serene light blue band, evoking a peaceful and harmonious essence. Positioned centrally on the flag is a prominent golden crown, serving as a symbol of the kingdom's sovereignty and leadership. The crown represents authority and prestige within the context of Roschara's monarchy. Through its unique combination of colors and central emblem, the flag of Roschara encapsulates the nation's values of tranquility, sovereignty, and royal heritage.

The Kingdom also has a Anthem "Via Giotto Glory" with it's own lyrics to sing along the Anthem.

(Verse 1)

In Roschara's gentle embrace, we stand,

A Kingdom proud, united, and grand.

Under the golden crown, our hearts align,

In this land of dreams, where our spirits shine.

(Chorus)

Oh, Roschara, our beacon in the night,

With our King by our side, we'll take flight.

In unity and strength, we'll proudly soar,

In Roschara, forever more.

(Verse 2)

Beneath the grey-white sky and gentle blue,

Our dreams and hopes forever stay true.

A micronation's heart, so bold and free,

In Roschara, our home, we'll always be.

(Chorus)

Oh, Roschara, our beacon in the night,

With our King by our side, we'll take flight.

In unity and strength, we'll proudly soar,

In Roschara, forever more.

(Bridge)

Through every trial, through every test,

In Roschara, we'll be our very best.

With courage in our hearts, we'll never part,

United as one, we'll always chart.

(Chorus)

Oh, Roschara, our beacon in the night,

With our King by our side, we'll take flight.

In unity and strength, we'll proudly soar,

In Roschara, forever more.

(Verse 3)

In Roschara, our dreams take flight,

With our flag unfurled, in the golden light.

A Kingdom strong, forever true,

In Roschara, we'll always be with you.

(Chorus) Oh, Roschara, our beacon in the night,

With our King by our side, we'll take flight.

In unity and strength, we'll proudly soar,

In Roschara, forever more.

(Outro)

In Roschara, we'll stand side by side,

With hearts full of hope, we'll take pride.

In this Kingdom, our spirits soar,

In Roschara, forever more.
