The Kingdom of Otterland, also known as Otterland, is a micronation inside a Discord server.
Otterland was established August 16, 2021 by Sora Otter, who crowned himself king. Sora Otter is their king name, his other name is unknown. There are currently no subdivisions in Otterland.
The Kingdom of Otterland is an absolute monarchy with one king, Sora Otter. There are no advisors or other government officials at this time. There are campaigns that the government runs, such as the war on drugs.
Foreign policy is inconsistent as there is no written foreign policy. Though King Sora has had brief dialogue in the form of email with Molossia, voicing concerns about their raw spinach policy, concerned that it denied Molossia's citizens the right to grow big and strong and to live a healthy life. After one email from President Baugh stating basically that the policy stands, King Sora just decided to leave the issue alone, as they have other issues to deal with.
Starting 8/22/2021, the Kingdom of Otterland is taking itself more seriously, considering itself independent, and started making changes like decolonizing the cardboard box colony, and keeping the Discord server as it's only land until more physical land is gained. King Sora of Otterland has argued that for micronations, a Discord server is legitimate land.

The Kingdom of Otterland is named after the otter.
History
The Kingdom of Otterland was established August 16, 2021. King Sora of Otterland, as their first campaign was to implement the “War on Drugs”. The next day, the country was attacked. Someone calling themself the “13th Legion " spammed the application center but, due to the server having a system put in place for things like this, was unable to make it through, thus making the Kingdom of Otterland the decisive victor against the small raid. The defenses were upgraded to prevent another attack such as that one.
The Kingdom of Otterland, on 8/22/2021 started to take itself more seriously, removing the corn ban and decolonizing the cardboard box. A statement was also made making this known and emphasizing the legitimacy of the kingdom.
On the 21st of November 2021, all otters born on planet Earth are citizens of the Kingdom of Otterland and hold the title "Fully Automatic Assault Otter". This declaration was made around the time King Sora offered war support to Molossia with moral support and a call to arms to all Fully Automatic Assault Otters, the former being accepted and the latter declined as the war is a bloodless conflict. However, as is known so far, The Kingdom of Otterland is NOT officially by recognized the Republic of Molossia as per Molossia's foreign policy.
On 9/9/2022 The Kingdom of Otterland has officially become a Christian nation after the nation was previously ceased in function. The nation has returned as a Christian nation. Also on 9/9/2022 the Kingdom of Otterland has declared war on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
