The Kingdom of Kirka'yaim, more commonly known as Kirka'yaim, is a simulationist micronation whose government is located in Lower Saxony, Germany. Kirka'yaim is a micronation which does not claim any physical land, rather the Kingdom of Kirka'yaim claims to exist in the minds of its citizens.
As the constitutional monarchy Kirka'yaim is, the constitution of Kirka'yaim regulates the power its Monarch possesses.
Etymology
The name "Kirka’yaim" consists of two parts of which one ("Kirka") was initially a placeholder for a future name, "Kirka" stayed and became part of the actual name "Kirka’yaim." "Yaim" is mando'a for "home" and is also used to describe and express origins: For example, Mandalorians call their native planet of Mandalore "Manda’yaim."

Politics and government
The monarch of the Kingdom of Kirka’yaim is in possession of absolute power over the Kingdom of Kirka’yaim only restricted by its constitution. Kirka'yaim does not maintain any form of parliament or counsel, mainly due to the lack of citizens needed to form such political institutions.
Fundamental rights
The Kingdom of Kirka'yaim fully accepts and supports modern fundamental rights including LGBT rights. However, as written down in the constitution, the Kingdom of Kirka'yaim is unable to properly protect the fundamental rights of its citizens because of the fact that Kirka'yaim has no physical authority to do so. The monarch of Kirka'yaim has agreed to do his best to defend these rights as written in the constitution of Kirka'yaim.
Foreign relations
The Kingdom of Kirka'yaim has not made any diplomatic appearance to this day, however the monarch of Kirka'yaim announced the openness for future diplomatic relations.
Military
Kirka'yaim maintains in-flight inIL-2 1946. As pacifist nation, Kirka’yaim does not maintain any kind of military organization, however it maintains a virtual Dassault Mirage IIIC, flown in the game IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946.
Vexillology
The official Flag of Kirka’yaim is a yellow “twin-cross” on a burgundy background. The distances between the flag's horizontal borders and their closest horizontal strips (HBS distance) are arranged in a way that the HBS distance of the upper stripe is 1,618 times larger than the lower one, representing a nearly golden ratio. The same goes for the distance between the two left most outward points of the inclined strip to each's closest corner (CIS distance). The official Flag of the Kingdom of Kirka’yaim uses a 2:3 ratio, the lower HBS distance is 182 units wide while the lower CIS distance measures 402 units. The angle of the inclined stripe is 82,9°, measured between the right side of said stripe and a horizontal line. The width of all yellow stripes measures 225 units

Furthermore, the location of government lies within the northern German plainlands, which are occasionally flooded during winter and are home to many species of birds.
