Kalapuya Province is the newest province in Rackistan.
Etymology
Kalapuya is named after the former Native American tribe, the w:Kalapuya which once roamed the lands nearby this area, and after very little consideration it was clear that Kalapuya was the correct name.
History
After Rackistan won the Racki-Ecyrb War, Rackistan took all of South Ecyrb and in the process removed the New Garbadian Rebels. This allowed the only direct connection to the Kalapuya piece of land.
